Tropical storm death toll rises to seven; 20 missing

At present, all damaged railways have been repaired and operations are as
normal.
In another development, a mountain torrent in Mengzi County of Yunnan
Province in Southwest China has killed 14, injured 5 with 21 missing.
Caused by heavy rain, the mountain torrent swept through a highway
construction site last Friday at midnight, washing away sleeping workers.
