Celine Dion has denied rumours she is suffering from anorexia - insisting critics are just jealous of her slim figure.

The 39-year-old claims her enviable physique is a result of genetics, because it runs in her family.

She says, "I am not anorexic. It pisses people off that I am thin and I don't make any effort. I have been thin all my life. Nobody in my family is overweight."
