Brad Pitt's brother has furiously dismissed speculation his family is engaged in a jealous row with the actor's pregnant girlfriend Angelina Jolie.

Recent reports have suggested the Pitts are furious with the Tomb Raider star for dragging Pitt away from America to Paris and Namibia with the birth of their son's baby so imminent.

But Doug Pitt has slammed the rumours, insisting, "We all want to help them get through the birth in any way we can.

"We just want them to enjoy it and to know we're all thinking of them."
