The chances of successfully obtaining an automobile license in the Beijing lottery reached an all-time low in March. The odds of getting a license were about 80-1.
In February, the odds were 77-1. Like Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Guiyang in Guizhou province all have limits on car registrations to deal with traffic congestion.
