BEIJING - The sales value of housing units in China went down five percent year on year in the first two months of 2014, latest government data showed.
The decrease was registered along with a decline in the floor space of housing units sold during the same period, which went down 1.2 percent year on year, according to the data released Thursday by the National Bureau of Statistics.
