Prime office occupancy costs rose 2.7 percent in Asia-Pacific, higher than the increase of 2.3 percent in Americas, and 2.1 percent in Europe, Middle-East and Africa.
CBRE forecasts a continuous rise in the global prime office occupancy costs in the future.
