On Feb. 13, the EC said in a notice that it would investigate steel imports including seamless tubes and launch provisional anti-dumping measures on cold-rolled flat steel products originating from China.
The MOC official said the EC should be prudent, restrained and lawful in employing trade remedy instruments.
