Dining experiences with stone-cold waiters, delayed service, hefty menus, unresolved complaints, and unpleasant environments may now be of the past. Miniature restaurants at the China International Catering Expo demonstrated how bad experiences can be avoided in the foreseeable future, with robots handling everything the minute you enter the restaurant. The two-day event took place at the China National Convention Center in Beijing and ended Sunday.
