BEIJING - Chinese President Hu Jintao said Thursday China will offer a loan of $10 billion to support economic cooperation within the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO).
The loans will also be used to promote the development of the SCO members, said the Chinese president while addressing the SCO summit in Beijing.
