China Construction says H1 profit up over 50%

China State Construction Engineering Co, the country's top developer and construction company, said on Friday that its first-half net profit grew more than 50 percent year-on-year.

The firm said construction and property revenue was better than expected in the first half thanks to improving economic conditions both at home and abroad.
