Increasing stake in IMF should be voluntary, Wen says

Premier Wen Jiabao said today at a press conference that it should be "voluntary" for any country that would increase its stake in the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the increase of stake should be in accordance with the realities of those countries.

He also called IMF to pay more attention to the interest of developing countries.
