Foreign investment slows in property sector

Foreign investment in the real estate sector has slowed down considerably since the Ministry of Commerce and State Administration of Foreign Exchange introduced tightening measures last month, according to a report by CB Richard Ellis, an international property services company.
Since some foreign investors established strategic agreements with local developers, their Chinese partners have been actively expanding across China by enforcing land bank quotas.
