China Yangtze Power Co, operator of the world's biggest hydropower project, said it plans to buy two generators from its parent company for 10.4 billion yuan.

Yangtze Power plans to buy the hydropower generators from China Three Gorges Corp, adding 1.4 million kilowatts of installed capacity, the Beijing-based company said in a statement to the Shanghai Stock Exchange yesterday.
