Sinotrans logistics center to open

Updated: 2006-09-09 09:33 Sinotrans Shanghai Cold Chain Logistics Co Ltd said its 11,000 square meter cold chain logistics center in Jiading, with an investment of 120 million yuan, will be put into use in October. At present, Phase II is in preparation. Taking advantage of the immense resources of the logistics real estate industry, Sinotrans has taken cold chain logistics as a breakthrough to increase profit, general manager Qi Yan said. As a high-risk investment channel, cold chain logistics has a relatively low ROI (return on investment) compared to other investments, however, it has a stable, long-term profitability.
