That may help explain why young people around the world are becoming ever more fascinated by the country. One such person is Ruthie Pierre-Louis from Antigua and Barbuda. During a recent trip to the country, one thing became particularly apparent to her: Even though soaring skyscrapers and blazing technological progress were everywhere to be seen, it was ordinary things such as sipping tea and theatergoing. It is such small matters, ones critical to the country’s social cohesion and future, that will preoccupy those attending the annual two sessions.
