Legal experts report growing community concerns over aggressive actions, immunity for federal agents

The Trump administration has warned that it will investigate groups watching ICE, and said that anyone who records ICE is committing an "illegal" and "violent act," similar to "doxing".

Several law experts reiterated to China Daily that it is legal for people to record ICE agents' duties in public, as this activity is protected by the First Amendment.
