China's Foreign Ministry spokesman Guo Jiakun said on Friday that the government is willing to strengthen cooperation with all countries on the basis of mutual benefit and win-win outcomes, so as to deliver benefits to people of all countries.
He made the remarks after the United States President Donald Trump on Thursday warned the United Kingdom against getting into business with China, saying it would be "very dangerous".
