Yan'an Revisited Ep1: The call of time
Yan'an, a city in Northwest China, acts?as a living legacy of World War II, having served as the political center that guided the Chinese people's resistance against Japanese aggression.
During the war, Yan'an?became a beacon for many patriots, attracting thousands of writers, artists, scientists and?young partisans. As 2025 marked?the 80th anniversary of victory, China Daily website launched a series called "Yan'an Revisited" to explore why the city?became such a beacon of resistance.
