In front of 55,678 fans at the Dalian Suoyuwan Football Stadium, the Dalian team claimed the golden trophy of the 2025 Liaoning Football City League on Saturday, defeating the Benxi team in an exhilarating final.

Dalian dominated the tournament with an undefeated record across 11 matches, securing their victory in the competition widely known as the "Liaoning Super League" or "Liaochao".

The league featured 16 teams representing 14 cities across Liaoning province, as well as the Shenfu Demonstration Zone and Heishan county.
