The Jiangsu Football City League, or Suchao, has brought people together, with everyone — not only players but also spectators — rallying for their city teams while also building friendships.
Amaya Alfonso, a Colombian teacher who has been in Wuxi for 14 years, brought his son to watch the Wuxi versus Lianyungang match on Sept 6. He was immersed in the vibrant atmosphere, saying it reminded him of his home country.
