Temporary traffic controls were implemented on the Western Coastal Expressway, the Huangmaohai Cross-sea Link, and the Hailing Island Bridge of the Yangjiang-Maoming Expressway.
The typhoon will continue moving northwest at about 20 km per hour while gradually weakening, according to local meteorological authorities.
