During a session held at the Global Mayors Dialogue?SCO Summit Cities in Tianjin on Tuesday, Alexander Beglov, mayor of St. Petersburg, Russia, said in a speech delivered via video link that China is a strategic partner for St. Petersburg. He noted that St. Petersburg maintains extensive exchanges with China across various fields, and will work to implement the common initiatives.
