The 5th Shanghai Yoga Lifestyle Festival — International Day of Yoga special edition commenced at various hotels and rooftops in the Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street commercial district. Organized by BYMB, a yoga lifestyle organization, the yoga gala showcases 13 unique yoga sessions, drawing over 1,000 yoga enthusiasts from 15 countries and regions to collectively promote the essence of yoga practice.
