A group of 14 students and teachers from Northeastern Illinois University in the United States embarked on a cultural exchange trip to Shenyang, Liaoning province, from June 18 to 25 as part of the Luminous Bridge?— China Tour.

During their visit, the American delegation visited Shenyang City University and witnessed a spectacular martial arts performance by students from the martial arts club. They showered the performers with applause. The US students expressed that this experience deepened their understanding and appreciation for traditional Chinese culture.

The event was organized by the Liaoning Provincial People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, the Liaoning Provincial Department of Education, Shenyang City University, and Northeastern Illinois University. It aims to enhance communication between the younger generations of China and the United States through photography to build a bridge for cultural exchange that transcends national boundaries.
