It provides a platform for collaboration, enhancing international understanding of China's comprehensive revitalization strategy for Northeast China and the deep integration of the Chinese petrochemical industry into the global supply chain.

Dalian Changxing Island Economic and Technological Development Zone is developing into a world-class petrochemical industrial base, a world-class ship and marine engineering industrial base, and a Northeast Asia hydrogen-based energy refueling base.
