World's first fully automated solar collector factory launched in Jinan
A fully automated flat-plate solar collector factory was put into operation in Jinan on May 29.
The factory is regarded as the world's first of its kind and is operated by Linuo Ritter, a solar panel producer in Jinan. The factory boasts a 100-percent automation rate in processing and has an annual production capacity of one million solar collectors.
The fully automated plant features end-to-end unmanned operations, flexible production, full product lifecycle management, and complete data interconnectivity, setting a new benchmark for smart solar manufacturing.
According to Zhang Chunjie, general manager of Linuo Ritter, the factory marks the company's full upgrade to intelligent manufacturing across its entire range of solar and air energy products.
The factory has achieved the digital, visual, and intelligent control of the production process, further enhancing product quality and production efficiency, Zhang added.
