In 2024, China and the US celebrated 45 years of diplomatic relations with increased people-to-people exchanges, more direct flights, and tourism summits. Under the guidance of the San Francisco Vision, nearly 15,000 American youths visited China for study or exchange programs, and cooperation on panda conservation was resumed. Closer ties between the peoples of China and the US have fostered greater friendship and vitality in bilateral relations, bolstering the foundation of peaceful coexistence and injecting certainty and stability into a turbulent and ever-changing world in the years to come.
