Over the years, Sushi Yotsuba has expanded beyond Beijing to operate six locations across the country.
The special anniversary menu offers a refined selection of dishes, including corn and sea urchin, jade eggplant, chestnuts, and black beans as starters followed by sashimi featuring bluefin tuna belly and three seasonal fish accompanied by sweet shrimp.
