In Xinjiang village, Zhangzhen town in Shaoxing, Zhejiang province, staff members from the State Grid Shaoxing Power Supply Company have recently been replacing the old overhead ground wires of No 98-105 towers on the Yuzhang 3E69 35 kilovolt line in Shaoxing's Shangyu district.

"The main task of this operation is to replace 1.5 kilometers of overhead ground wires and their old accessories. There are many live wires nearby; the terrain on-site is complex; and there is a need to travel across mountainous forest areas, making the maintenance operation quite challenging," said Zhu Yinsheng, the on-site construction supervisor of the company.
