Peru-China cargo shipments faster through new Chancay Port

Chancay Port in Peru is now operational, enabling Gansu Logistics Group to establish steady shipments from the new hub. [Photo provided to chinadaily.com.cn]

With Chancay Port now open, more shipments will be routed through the new port, reducing sea transit times to China by about 20 days.

The group plans to leverage the advantages of Chancay Port to expand its presence in Peru's mineral market.
