Jinan springs reach peak water levels
The Baotu Spring and Black Tiger Spring, two renowned springs in Jinan, Shandong province, have reached their highest water levels of the year at 28.92 meters and 28.99 meters, respectively, due to the continuous rainfalls in August.
Jinan, dubbed the City of Springs, is home to numerous springs, including 72 famous ones, such as Baotu Spring and Black Tiger Spring, that contribute to the wonderfully-elegant and much-loved scenery distinct to the city.
