Sudden storm kills 3, damages homes in Shandong

A brief but intense burst of extreme weather on Monday night left three people dead and seven people with minor injures in two villages of Yitang town in the Lanshan district of Linyi, Shandong province, the district's emergency management bureau reported.
The weather also damaged some houses.
Local authorities have provided affected people with accommodations, as efforts to restore daily life and production move forward.
