The 19th Changchun Film Festival will take place from Aug 28 to Sept 1 in Changchun, capital city of Northeast China's Jilin province.

It will consist of six main sections including opening and closing ceremonies. The prestigious Golden Deer Awards will honor achievements in 10 categories, including Best Film, Best Director, and Best Actor.
