A growing number of companies in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area are dedicated to creating free-spirited and cosy workplaces for their employees. The Insta360 headquarters in Shenzhen Qianhai is one such example. One of the co-founders, Chen Yongqiang, said the company encourages an enterprising spirit while providing a relaxed work environment for staff members.
