Today, let's get to know German expert Frank Weigelt and listen to his story and unique connection to Jilin. He's the Chief Technology Officer of the Innoloft International Innovation Center, based in Germany. In 2014, he came to Changchun, capital city of the province, to work and live. He loves the exquisite scenery and cultural delicacies of the region.
