The "Ascend Taishan Mountain to View the World" symposium engaged participants in discussions about cultural heritage preservation, protection and development, as well as its relevance to today's life.

During sightseeing excursions, both domestic and international guests marveled at the awe-inspiring landscapes of Taishan Mountain and explored historical sites including the Dai Temple - the largest and best-preserved structure on Taishan Moutain.

The 37th Taishan International Mountain Climbing Festival was jointly organized by the Network of International Culturalink Entities, Shandong's provincial department of culture and tourism, and the Tai'an municipal government.
