Hengda Real Estate probed for suspected violations of information disclosure

Hengda Real Estate Group, a flagship unit of the struggling China Evergrande Group, said late on Wednesday that the country's securities regulator had built a case against it for suspected information disclosure violations.
The company received the notification earlier the same day from the China Securities Regulatory Commission, according to its filing to the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
