Participants were assigned to a team, which competed across all the activities, and the winning team will go on to compete in the national games in Shenzhen on August 27 with other regional champions.
"I hope everyone can see National Fitness Day not only as just a special date, but also as a good chance to improve their physical abilities," said Zhou Guanyu, China's first-ever Formula 1 driver, at the Summer Sweat Games.
"A healthy body is the most important thing, so enjoy the possibilities that the fitness day might bring you," added Zhou, the new brand ambassador of Lululemon.
