An official licensed products store of Chengdu FISU World University Games was inaugurated at the Chengdu Dong'an Lake Sports Park Stadium on Saturday after the venue gained global attention for holding the opening ceremony of the Chengdu games on Friday night.

Covering about 350 square meters and closely connected to the main venue, the store provides one-stop cultural and creative shopping service for athletes and visitors from all over the world.

FISU acting president Leonz Eder attended its inauguration ceremony and cut the ribbon.

The store, which will become the largest sports cultural and creative IP store of the Chengdu games, will introduce more licensed products including those of previous university games, said Pei Zimo, an information officer in charge of the inauguration ceremony.
