Kim Nae-sang, from South Korea, made a decision to go to China after graduating from college. He has been living in the country now for 24 years and in Northeast China's Jilin province for 14 years. Since 2019, Kim has been promoting the establishment of the China-ROK (Changchun) International Cooperation Demonstration Zone in Changchun, capital city of Jilin.
