Florian Bauer is a German and currently works for Sodecia Safety and Mobility (Dalian) Co Ltd in Jinpu. He loves his life in Dalian and often invites his friends to hang out and enjoy his favourite food, chuanchuan, vegetables and meat skewers peppered with chili and Sichuan peppercorns and served in a hot and spicy broth.
