Lighting Olympic cauldron a 'lifelong memory', Dinigeer says

On Feb 5, 2022, Chinese cross-country skier Dinigeer Yilamujiang competed in the Cross-Country Skiing Women's 7.5km + 7.5km Skiathlon for the first time at the Beijing Winter Olympics. She was one of the two young athletes lighting the Olympic cauldron at the opening ceremony on Feb 4. "I will remember lighting the Olympic cauldron for the rest of my life," she said.
