Top 10 firms in China's food industry in 2021

Hurun Report released its Hurun China Food Industry Top 100 on Dec 6 in Shanghai.
A total of 100 food companies were included in the ranking by market value on Oct 8 for the listed or the latest round of financing for the unlisted.
A company on the list at least had a market value of 11.5 billion yuan ($1.81 billion). The total value of top 100 was up to 9.6 trillion yuan.
Rupert Hoogewerf, chairman and chief research officer of Hurun Report, said: "Private companies contribute a lot to the food industry, with 68 percent of the top 100 being private."
