Hong Kong will develop massive land in its northern part to provide copious housing and jobs, according to the annual Policy Address delivered by Chief Executive Carrie Lam Cheng Yuet-ngor on Wednesday.
The Northern Metropolis encompasses the four mature new towns and six new development areas and development nodes, with a land area of 300 square kilometers.
