The Zigong lantern show is a national intangible cultural heritage that originated in Zigong, Southwest China's Sichuan province, about a thousand years ago. It has been held more than 1,000 times in more than 50 cities abroad and 500 cities in China under the name “Chinese Lantern Show,” with an overseas audience of more than 100 million people.
