With effective measures to contain the spread of the pandemic, China has become the only major economy in the world that can potentially achieve a positive growth in 2020, said Liu Qiao, dean at the Guanghua School of Management at Peking University.
Looking to 2021, Liu added the Chinese economy will demonstrate different patterns compared to before.
