It's obviously a simple question. There's no substitute for WeChat in China. Almost all Chinese people use WeChat for an endless list of services including communication, e-payments, banking, ride-hailing and online shopping.
If WeChat is like water, then the iPhone is one of the containers of water. If you can't use it anymore, then you can just replace it with a new one.
