Shanghai Library East
The 50-meter-high Shanghai Library East will measure 39,500 square meters and have nine floors - seven above ground and two underground – that host 6,000 reading seats and 4.8 million books. Expected to open in 2021, the library is expected to receive 4 million visitors each year.
