Warning that often-violent protests have dragged the city into "an era of terrorism," Hong Kong's police watchdog, the Independent Police Complaints Council (IPCC), on Friday released a 1,000-page report on protracted anti-government protests.
The report said police use of force was necessary to maintain law and order and "in reaction to" violence, vandalism and vigilantism during the protests. Check the video to learn more details.
