Stressed bookstores to get early boost

Information is being gathered to determine which bookstores need help.
The municipal government has given 18 million yuan to physical bookstores each year in 2016 and 2017. The amount was increased to 50 million yuan in 2018 and passed 100 million last year. In 2019, 239 bookstores shared the subsides.
